Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a 5-day exchange/return policy: you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a replacement or a return. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at care@ratnayaorganics.com.
Exchanges & Returns
To be eligible, your item must:
- Be in the same unused condition and original packaging
- Include the original invoice at time of pickup
Once used, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Allowed Cases
- The product is damaged upon delivery or you received the wrong item.
- The product seal was broken or missing when delivered.
- The product expired before delivery.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange pickup from the delivery address and notify you of the pickup date. For an exchange, the new product will be delivered within 3–5 days after the original item is picked up.
For any delivery-related discrepancy, please inform us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped. If accepted, you will receive a full refund.
Ratnaya Organics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or information errors, or payment issues.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–7 days to reflect in your account.
