Our policy is to first feed the calves and then we get the remaining milk from the cow.

After feeding the calves, we take the milk from Rathi cows.

We make it using the Bilona method.

After Bilona, we collect the butter.

We boil it on low heat to preserve the nutrients.

Here comes the final product – the Ratnayas A2 Ghee.

The story of Ratnaya Organics is deeply rooted in the soil of Rajasthan and the values of purity, honesty, and tradition.
Founded by Arvind Godara, an engineer-turned-farmer, the journey started with one simple dream – to bring pure, chemical free food directly from farm to every household.
After working in MNCs in Gurgaon and Chandigarh, Arvind chose to return to his roots, his village and the land that raised him. With over 110 acres of farmland near Suratgarh, he dedicated himself to organic farming and traditional dairy practices, especially focusing on the rare and native Rathi cow breed known for its superior A2 milk.

We maintain complete transparency: you’re welcome to visit our farm or view our process videos. Every batch is lab-tested and made exclusively from A2 Rathi Cow milk—no adulteration, no mixing with buffalo or other milk.
All our A2 milk comes directly from our own Rathi cows, naturally grazed on 110+ acres of farmland in Shoypura village, Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan). Our cows are hormone-free and fed a diet of green and dry fodder plus clean water. We never purchase external milk, ensuring full traceability from farm to jar.
Bilona is an ancient technique: we boil and cool A2 Rathi Cow milk, add a spoonful of curd, and let it ferment overnight. The curd is then churned to extract butter (makkhan), which is gently heated until all moisture evaporates, leaving pure, aromatic ghee.
When consumed in moderation, Ratnaya A2 Rathi Cow Ghee may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and support cardiovascular well-being, thanks to its beneficial fatty acids.
Rathi cows produce just 6–8 liters of milk daily (40–50% reserved for the calf). It takes 25–30 liters of milk to make 1 liter of ghee, and our ethical, sustainable farming practices contribute to the premium quality and price.
A2 ghee is made from milk containing only the A2 beta-casein protein, found in indigenous Indian breeds like the Rathi cow. It’s easier to digest, richer in nutrients, and free from A1 protein, which is common in ghee from mixed or foreign breeds.
We prepare our ghee 100% from curd made using A2 Rathi Cow milk, following the traditional Bilona method—no cream, no shortcuts, no compromise.
