When Prem asked for pending payments, the middleman laughed. "Agar problem hai toh kisi aur ko bech do. Tumhara koi nahi kharidega."

That day, Prem stopped supplying. He sold milk locally at whatever price he could get. His wife started stitching clothes. His kids stopped asking for books. The debt kept growing.

"Maine socha tha—main anpadh hoon, isliye respect nahi milegi," Prem says, his voice breaking.

2020-Now | The Transformation

In 2020, Prem heard about Ratnaya Organics. No middlemen. Direct buying.
